Welcome to the Oklahoma East Hugh O'Brian Youth
Leadership Alumni Association website! HOBY is an organization that selects outstanding
teen leaders in their sophomore year of high school and to help them further
their leadership abilities. The Alumni Association continues this
with opportunities for ambassadors to grow and learn by participating in
reunions, leadership building seminars, community service projects, and
by holding offices on the Alumni Board or Chapter and Club positions.
